iSoft, one of the world’s largest health IT companies, will showcase the latest in healthcare technology and applications at its iSoft Innovation Day conference and exhibition next week.Themed “Embracing the Healthcare Industry,” the event is targeted at medical professionals and administrators at public and private hospitals, diagnostic and medical centres. The event is scheduled for April 14 at The Gardens Hotel here.
iSoft managing director for Asia Dr Wim Botermans said Innovation Day is aimed at sharing the latest in design, development and implementation of iSoft solutions to meet the healthcare IT challenges.“Hospitals and clinics here are still focused on administration and financial process and will need to shift to a total health information system (HIS) to realise the benefits of technology adoption.” “This showcase with our partners Oracle, Panasonic and Swisslog will give healthcare providers an opportunity to experience what is available and get a peek of what is to come,” he said.
