Nigeria FG Trains Aviation Security

About 18 staff of Aviation Security from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) is expected to participate in the security training programme by organize by the Federal Government in Abuja by the end of the year.The managing director of FAAN, Mr. Richard Aisuebeogun, dropped the hint at the passing out parade of the first batch of the graduating officers at FAAN training school at the Murtala Mohammed Airport (MMA), Lagos.
According to him, the graduating officers of 83 were the first batch of 182 officers who underwent a rigorous twelve weeks training in security at FAAN training school and would be posted to different stations to increase vigilance at all the airports in the country.Aisuebeogun disclosed that the programme is the first time the authority's security officers would be included in any security training by the federal government.
